Welcome to Kraze2Kids ("Kraze2Kids", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kraze2Kids website, products, services, and related offerings.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing an order through the Kraze2Kids website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:​

  2. You are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.

  4. All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete.

 

Kraze2Kids reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability. Order confirmations, emails, SMS notifications, WhatsApp messages, invoices, or payment confirmations do not constitute final acceptance of an order. Kraze2Kids reserves the right to:​​

  1. Refuse any order.

  2. Cancel any order.

  3. Limit quantities purchased.

  4. Require additional verification before processing an order.

  5. Refuse service to any customer in accordance with applicable law.

In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

We strive to ensure that all product information, descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and specifications displayed on the website are accurate. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur. Kraze2Kids reserves the right to:​​

  1. Correct any errors or inaccuracies.

  2. Modify product information without prior notice.

  3. Change prices at any time without notice.

  4. Update product specifications.

  5. Cancel orders arising from pricing, inventory, technical, or typographical errors.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees shall be displayed during checkout.

4. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION DISCLAIMER

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, dimensions, packaging, appearance, designs, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly due to:​

  2. Monitor calibration differences

  3. Screen resolution differences

  4. Lighting conditions

  5. Printing variations

  6. Manufacturing updates

  7. Packaging revisions

  8. Supplier changes

 

Such minor variations shall not constitute a defect, misrepresentation, or grounds for return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Kraze2Kids reserves the right to discontinue, withdraw, or modify any product without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Kraze2Kids may:​​

  1. Cancel the affected item or order.

  2. Offer an alternative product.

  3. Issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Customers will be notified where reasonably possible.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Kraze2Kids currently operates on a prepaid-only basis. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other payment methods made available during checkout. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  1. The payment information provided is accurate and authorized for use.

  2. You are legally entitled to use the selected payment method.

  3. Sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

Kraze2Kids shall not be responsible for:

  1. Transaction failures.

  2. Payment authorization declines.

  3. Bank-related issues.

  4. UPI service interruptions.

  5. Technical issues originating from payment gateways.

  6. Third-party payment provider disruptions.

Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization and payment confirmation.

7. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to updates, submitting an inquiry, or otherwise interacting with Kraze2Kids, you consent to receive communications through:

  1. Email

  2. SMS

  3. WhatsApp

  4. Phone calls

  5. Website notifications

  6. Other electronic communication channels

8. CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Kraze2Kids offers customized and personalized products. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all customization details submitted are accurate. This includes:

  1. Names

  2. Spellings

  3. Messages

  4. Dates

  5. Photographs

  6. Artwork

  7. Design preferences


Customized, personalized, made-to-order, photo-printed, name-printed, and specially created products may not be modified, cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced, except where:

  1. The product is defective.

  2. The product is damaged during transit.

  3. The error is attributable to Kraze2Kids.

9. CUSTOMER IMAGE QUALITY DISCLAIMER

The final quality of customized or personalized products may depend upon the quality, resolution, dimensions, and clarity of images, artwork, logos, or files supplied by the customer. Kraze2Kids shall not be liable for quality limitations arising from:

  1. Low-resolution images

  2. Blurred photographs

  3. Cropped images

  4. Distorted files

  5. Poor-quality artwork

  6. Incorrect file submissions

Customers are encouraged to upload the highest quality files available.

10. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

For customized or personalized products, customers may submit names, photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other content ("Customer Content"). By submitting Customer Content, the customer represents and warrants that:

  1. They own or possess all necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

  2. The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  3. The content does not violate any applicable law.

  4. The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inappropriate.

Kraze2Kids reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any customization request that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or company policies.

11. INTENDED USE

The website is intended primarily for individual consumers purchasing products for:

  1. Personal use

  2. Family use

  3. Educational purposes

  4. Gifting purposes

  5. Events and celebrations

Kraze2Kids reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel orders suspected to be placed for unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation.

12. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Where customer accounts are available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Customers are responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts. Kraze2Kids shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of customer accounts. Customers must notify Kraze2Kids immediately of any suspected unauthorized account activity.

13. FRAUD PREVENTION

Kraze2Kids reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, investigate, or limit any order, account, transaction, or activity suspected of:

  1. Fraud

  2. Unauthorized payment use

  3. Chargeback abuse

  4. Misrepresentation

  5. Illegal activity

  6. Violation of these Terms
